Many Goshi products are manufactured by our complement of stamping machines, including a 1,200-ton hydraulic stamping machine, an 800-ton transfer stamping machine, an NC bender, and a 600-ton hydraulic stamping machine. Products feature rock-solid quality and range from thin to thick, including pipe-formed and resin-molded offerings that are used in automotive, motorcycle, and industrial engine applications.

Used in processing automobile sunroofs and other parts, the laser welding line combines state-of-the-art semiconductor laser welding equipment with Goshiﾕs unique production technology.

Goshiﾕs welding line is the result of a sweeping array of knowledge ranging from robotics and computerization to techniques such as MIG, TIG, and spot welding, endowing it with small-lot, multiple-product capability without compromising extremely high levels of efficiency and quality.

A Minidisk automated electrostatic coater with a coating efficiency of more than 85% and other advanced pain ting equipment enables Goshi to meet a variety of painting needs for our motorcycle, industrial engine, and auto motive parts, including heat-resistant paint and acrylic and melamine standard paint. Our commitment to the envi ronment is reflected in our use of environmentally friendly paints (meeting EU directives).

Our highly efficient automated line boasts a processing capacity of 1.5 million dm/month (using a two-shift syst em). High-reliability process control prioritizes quality assurance as the final step in an integrated process and e nsures the line's compatibility with a wide range of parts and products. Our use of a closed (wastewater-free) syste m is helping to make efficient, pollution-free production a reality by limiting resource use.

Cation-type electrodeposition coating used in automobile suspensions exceeds even th e highest anti-corrosion standards.
