Training

Special subcommittee meeting
GOSHI’s original training and education program makes use of a company committee system that gives employees a central role.
The results of our efforts to train capable engineers and pass down manufacturing know-how are highly regarded both domestically and overseas.
Recreation

Summer Festival
GOSHI is committed to energizing its organization and enhancing employees' sense of belonging through recreational fun. To this end, departmental teams enjoy competing with each other and with personnel from group companies in intramural events like softball and mini-volleyball tournaments, and a special committee plans and orchestrates events such as an annual Summer Festival that are open to residents of the surrounding community.
Employees with common interests also engage in a range of unique activities sponsored by a variety of clubs, which operate as subsidiary organizations under the aegis of the special committee.

Employee welfare facilities
GOSHI operates an employee cafeteria with a fully furnished kitchen as part of its employee welfare program.
The preparation of meals at the cafeteria, which is designed to accommodate all employees and employment arrangements, is outsourced to a professional catering company that ensures meals provide appropriate nutritional and caloric content. Joint operation of the cafeteria by the company and its employees lets the facility provide inexpensive meals.
